By the time November 13, 2024 rolls around, we will know much more about this, in so many many ways, unprecedented election in United States history. Who won? Kamala or Donald? Did it all happen peacefully, or are there riots in the streets? What can the world expect in the next four years of the incoming administration?

We can think of no one better to talk about this than Senior International Correspondent with The Danish Broadcasting Corporation, Steffen Gram. Aside from his many years’ experience living and reporting from America, he has also followed this year’s election closely, on the ground. Perhaps just as importantly, Steffen has a vast historical knowledge of US politics over the past several decades, knowledge that is necessary in bringing all the facts and nuances to the table in digestible, ‘big picture’ form.

About Steffen Gram

Steffen Gram is DR’s Senior International Correspondent. He has worked for The Danish Broadcasting Corporation since 1976, covering Asia in the 1970s and 1980s, was DR’s correspondent in the United States from 1983 to 1987 and international editor until 1990, when he became the correspondent in the Soviet Union and Russia from 1990 - 1994. He then edited and anchored DR’s weekly International program Horisont from 1995 to 2005, when he returned to the United States as DR’s correspondent for the next 8 years. Steffen Gram is the host of "Verden ifølge Gram" (The World According to Gram) on Danish Radio's P1.
