Cookbook author, and our very good friend, Trine Hahnemann, is back with her mouthwatering cookbook, Scandinavian Green, and, of course, some green Christmas tips, for what is Christmas at Books & Company without Christmas with Trine!

As an enthusiastic advocate for sustainable solutions, organic sourcing and food cooked with love, Trine is always a pleasure to listen to and on November 23rd she will share with us not only the story behind her latest successful cookbook, her plans for future cookbooks and OF COURSE we will be partaking in some of her delicious food.

We do love a good book and food combo evening!

About Trine Hahnemann

With her great knowledge of Danish food and food culture, Trine regularly writes for and appears in the media in Britain and the United States. Trine has also written several bestselling cookbooks.

In 2018 Trine opened Hannemann’s Køkken in Copenhagen.

About the book
